Due to the diverse needs of our customers for liquids, especially for some industrial users who need to transport liquids containing particles such as graphene and carbon powder, the ordinary PTFE valves will suffer severe wear, resulting in decreased valve performance or even damage. Therefore, DK INFUSETEK has specially developed a new accessory series of Ceramic Alumina Valve.
The series of valves includes two types and five models. One is non-distribution valve, and the other is distribution valve;
Non-distribution valve have one model of 3-way valve, while distribution valves have four models: 3-way, 4-way, 6-way and 9-way.
Ceramic alumina valves mainly features as following:
1. The working temperature range is wider, from 0-100℃, especially suitable for high-temperature applications.
2. The material is sturdy and has a very long service life. Under normal use, it will hardly be damaged.
The valves are available on SP30/60-1A and ASD60 Series, and the 3-Port Non-Distribution Ceramic Valve is even available on CFSP-I, which is a great news for the customers who are interested in using our constant flow pump in coating industry.
