Suspension, a heterogeneous fluid containing solid particles large enough to settle, with particle size usually between 0.1 μm and 1mm, is a kind of commonly used liquid in various fields like biology, pharmacy, chemistry, and agriculture.
Typical applications include: Electrolytes, Electrodes, Pharmaceuticals, Injecting cells, Pesticides, etc.
Some applications require precise infusion or spraying of suspensions over a long period of time, or solid particles that are large and prone to precipitation, so the medium needs to be thoroughly stirred in the syringe to maintain uniform distribution of particles in the liquid. For these applications, DK Infusetek has specially launched the MIX60 stirring syringe pump.
The MIX60 stirring syringe pump has injection performance similar to ISPLab01, but with the addition of a stirring mechanism and a 10mL glass syringe with a stirrer inside. By the rotation and linear motion of the stirring mechanism, it ensures that the suspension maintains a good mixing state during the infusion process.
This syringe pump has several features:
1. Stirring can be done at a fixed position or reciprocate along the syringe
2. As the amount of liquid in the syringe decreases, it can automatically change the reciprocating distance and provide limit protection
3. Up to 20 working steps can be set to achieve step-by-step infusion
4. The syringe control system and stirring mechanism can be controlled separately or synchronously, and the stirring speed can be adjusted
to meet different application needs
5. Adopting a sturdy and textured aluminum alloy housing, which is elegant and durable
